Upon submission of the request, it takes 1-3 working days to verify. Once validated, the price difference will be issued to the payment method you used to purchase on aurzen.com.

What Aurzen.com Won't Match

• Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, storewide or category promotions, offers advertised as % or $ off, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.
• Items out of stock, on backorder, or end-of-line products;
• Corporate (B2B) prices and quotes;

Any limited quantity, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, clearance, closeout, discontinued, “doorbuster”. Lower prices must be for identical products on Aurzen.com.
• Offer does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers (including Special Financing offers), gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, Aurzen specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, clearance, or Outlet products.
