  1. As a participant in the Aurzen Referral Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as Aurzen's Privacy Policy.

Definitions

  1. Referrer: Anyone aged 18 or older (or the local legal age) can join the program by creating an Aurzen account and sharing their unique referral link.

  2. Referred Customer: A person who joins the Aurzen site using the unique referral link and does not already have an Aurzen account. Referrers and referees must be different individuals (e.g., not the same person using different email addresses). Aurzen reserves the right to determine eligibility.

Qualified Purchase Referral

  1. A Qualified Purchase Referral occurs when a referred friend places their first order within 30 days of sign-up using the referral link. There is no minimum order value for this reward. The 5% off coupon can be used in any country Aurzen.com ships to.

Referral Rewards

  1. Referrers earn a 5% cash reward for every successful referral purchase.

  2. Referees receive a 5% off coupon for their first order.

How it Works

  1. The Aurzen Referral Rewards Program is designed to let you share your unique referral link with friends and family.

  2. Both the referrer and the referee get rewards for successful referrals:
    (1) The referrer logs in to get their unique referral link.
    (2) The referrer shares the link with friends, family, or colleagues (the “Referee”).
    (3) The referee signs up and makes a purchase using the referral link.
    (4) Both parties receive their respective rewards.

Cash Reward Payments

  1. Once your cash reward balance reaches $50, payments are usually processed via PayPal at the end of each month or at the start of the following month.

Reward Rules

  1. Referral rewards (including coupons) can only be used on the Aurzen.com store and cannot be redeemed for cash directly.

  2. The 5% off coupon is valid for 90 days from redemption.

  3. The cash reward for the referral purchase will be credited to your account 30 days after your friend’s order has been delivered. Occasional delays may occur, and Aurzen is not responsible for such delays.

Limitations

  1. Referrers are limited to one cash reward for each referred customer’s first order. Additional purchases by the same friend will not qualify for new rewards.

  2. The referral link must be shared personally by the referrer. Posting to third-party websites or commercial distribution is not allowed.

  3. If the referrer and referee share the same device or IP address, only the referee will receive the 5% off coupon.

No Combination

  1. Referred customers cannot combine the 5% off coupon from the referral program with other discount codes.

Compliance and Fair Play

  1. As a participant, you must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations.

  2. Unsolicited commercial emails or spam using referral links are prohibited. Such actions may result in the termination of your account and exclusion from the program.

  3. Aurzen reserves the right to disqualify anyone found attempting to manipulate the program’s fairness or using deceptive methods.

Termination and Changes

  1. Aurzen reserves the right to terminate the account of any participant for violating these Terms & Conditions.

  2. Aurzen may cancel or modify the program or these Terms & Conditions at any time. If significant changes are made, Aurzen will post updates on the website.

  3. If the program is terminated, any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited.
