This projector comes with pre-installed Netflix/Prime Video/YouTube apps that are officially licensed.
Simply press the corresponding button on the remote after turning on the projector to quickly start watching them.

Please restore the projector to factory settings and try again. Or you can use the electric focus and manual keystone correction to correct the images. If they don't work, please send us a video for other solutions.

For the best viewing experience, we recommend using the product in a dark environment. The darker the room, the better the image quality.

It can be easily removed. Please scan the QR code on the back of the remote to get the video or contact us for a video to solve it.

Copyrighted content from Hulu, Disney+, or other similar streaming services CANNOT be wirelessly mirrored or cast due to copyright restrictions. You can connect a TV stick, Chromecast™, or PC to the projector to watch the content from these apps.

The image may appear blurry at the edges due to the projector's placement. To ensure optimal focus and keystone correction, please place the projector perpendicular to the wall at approximately 7 feet and avoid tilting it. This will allow the projector's auto focus and auto keystone correction features to adjust the image for a clear viewing experience across 95% of the screen.
Note: For LCD projectors, it's common for the edges of the image to be slightly less clear than the center. This is a normal characteristic of LCD technology.

Please make sure you have installed two AAA batteries in the remote control.
Make sure the remote points at the IR receiver directly.

Upon powering on the projector, it will automatically correct any keystone distortion within a range of vertical/horizontal ±45°. A side projection at 20 degrees has virtually no impact on the resolution, while between 20 and 45 degrees, there may be a slight impact.
In case the image is not perfectly square, you can manually adjust the keystone. Go to Settings X> Keystone > Four Points Correction to manually correct the image shape by adjusting the four corners.

Step 1: Go to Homepage > My Apps X > BT Speaker to make the projector ready for a BT connection.

Step 2: Access your mobile device's BT settings and activate BT, then search for “EAZZE_PRJ” in the available devices list and pair your mobile device with the projector.

Homepage > Settings X > Picture Mode > Custom mode. From there, you could adjust the brightness, contrast, etc. to your preference.

Please go to Homepage > Settings X> Setup > Reset Default to restore the projector to the factory settings.

Please check and ensure that the power cable is securely plugged into the power port to prevent any accidental disconnection or loosening when moving the projector.

Sorry, you cannot sideload Android apps onto the projector.
