It can be easily removed. Please scan the QR code on the back of the remote to get the video or contact us for a video to solve it.

Please restore the projector to factory settings and try again, Or you can use the electric focus and manual keystone correction to correct the images. If they don't work, please send us a video for other solutions.

For the best viewing experience, we recommend using the product in a dark environment. The darker the room, the better the image quality.

Copyrighted content from Hulu, Disney+, or other similar streaming services CANNOT be wirelessly mirrored or cast due to copyright restrictions. You can connect a TV stick, Chromecast™, or PC to the projector to watch the content from these apps.

Please put the projector perpendicularly to the wall about 7.9ft (no angle tilt), then the auto focus and auto keystone correction function will make 95%+ area clear.
Note: For LCD projectors, it’s normal that 10% of the edges is not as clear as the center.

• Please make sure you have installed two AAA batteries in the remote control.
• Make sure the remote points at the IR receiver directly.
• It is also a BT remote control. We suggest pairing it with the projector via BT before use. If you encounter persistent issues, please don't hesitate to contact us for a replacement. You can reach us by sending an email.

• After the projector is powered on, it will automatically adjust the image quality.
• The Auto Focus function will be activated when the projector detects shaking or rapid movement. If you find the image is not sufficiently clear, please use the focus buttons on the remote control to manually adjust and improve the focus of the image.

• Upon powering on the projector, it will automatically correct any keystone distortion within a range of vertical/horizontal ±45°. A side projection at 20 degrees has virtually no impact on the
  resolution, while between 20 and 45 degrees, there may be a slight impact.
• In case the image is not perfectly square, you can manually adjust the keystone. Go to Settings> Keystone> Four Points Correction to manually correct the image shape by adjusting the four corners.

Step 1: Go to Homepage > My Apps X > BT Speaker to make the projector ready for a BT connection.

Step 2: Access your mobile device's BT settings and activate BT, then search for “EAZZE_D1P” in the available devices list and pair your mobile device with the projector.

Homepage > Settings X > Picture Mode > Custom mode. From there, you could adjust the brightness, contrast, etc. to your preference.

Please go to Homepage > Settings X> Setup > Reset Default to restore the projector to the factory settings.

Please check and ensure that the power cable is securely plugged into the power port to prevent any accidental disconnection or loosening when moving the projector.

Sorry, you cannot sideload Android apps onto the projector.
