How to play 4K videos?

Please make sure to connect 4K devices, such as a TV stick, through HDMl for playing videos. It's crucial to note that videos labeled as 4K will be displayed at a native resolution of 1080P, often termed "4K supported".

How to watch content on Netflix/Prime Video/YouTube Apps?

This projector comes with pre-installed Netflix/Prime Video/YouTube apps that are officially licensed. Simply press a single button after turning on the projector to quickly start watching content. Press the NETFLlX button on the remote control to instantly access the Netflix app. Press the Prime Video button on the remote control to instantly access the Prime Video app. Press the YouTube button on the remote control to instantly access the YouTube app.

How to enable the Auto Focus function of the projector?

After the projector is powered on, it will automatically adjust the image quality. The Auto Focus function will be activated when the projector detects shaking or rapid movement. If you find the image is not sufficiently clear, please use the focus buttons on the remote control to manually adjust and improve the focus of the image.

How to use the Auto Keystone Correction function of the projector?

Upon powering on the projector, it will automatically correct any keystone distortion within a range of vertical/horizontal ±45°. A side projection at 20 degrees has virtually no impact on the resolution, while between 20 and 45 degrees, there may be a slight impact. In case the image is not perfectly square, you can manually adjust the keystone. Press the "X" button on the remote control, then select Manual Keystone Correction to manually correct the image shape by adjusting the four corners.

Why doesn't the remote control work?

Please make sure you have installed two AAA batteries in the remote control. Avoid mixing new batteries with old ones in the remote control as this can result in insufficient power supply and operational issues. When performing BT pairing, please follow the instructions provided. If you skip the BT pairing step, ensure that you point the remote control at the IR sensors on the projector when using. Ensure that the mute button on the remote control is not accidentally pressed. Try switching between different sound modes to see if the projector can produce audio. Adjust the volume by rotating the knob on the top of the projector or using the volume+ button on the remote control. Consider restoring the projector to its factory settings by going to Setting > System > Restore Factory Settings. Connect your projector to an external BT speaker for audio output.

Does the projector support Dolby sound?

What should I do if the projected image appears blurry during the first use?

Ensure that you remove the protective film from the lens before turning on the projector to achieve optimal image clarity. And for optimal image quality, we recommend a projection size of 60 to 80 inches. Position the projector 5.88 to 7.84 feet (1.79 to 2.39 m) away from the wall or screen.
