1. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled only while the status is “Awaiting Fulfillment” (unfulfilled). Please email support@aurzen.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped (status “Fulfilled” or tracking created), it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after delivery per our Return Policy.
2. Can I modify my order?
We’re unable to edit an order once it’s been placed (items, quantities, payment, or shipping method). If your order is still “Awaiting Fulfillment,” contact support@aurzen.com to cancel, then place a new order with the correct details.
3. Can I change the shipping address?
For security reasons, the shipping address can’t be changed after checkout. If your order is “Awaiting Fulfillment,” email support@aurzen.com to cancel and re-order with the correct address.
4. How long does Standard Shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–10 business days from the dispatch date to reach the destination country. Total delivery time = order processing (usually 1–3 business days) + transit. Remote areas, customs inspections, holidays, or pre-orders may require additional time. Please check the product page for any specific pre-order ship dates.

Founded in 2022 and operated by Shenzhen Neutop Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., we specialize in projectors and projector accessories, bringing professional optical engineering and user-centric design to deliver immersive, versatile viewing worldwide.
6. What is the warranty on the Aurzen projector?
Aurzen projectors purchased on aurzen.com or our Official Amazon Store are covered against material/quality defects for a model-specific period starting from the purchase date. Current coverage by model: EAZZE D1 – 24 months; EAZZE D1 Pro – 24 months; BOOM 3 – 24 months; ZIP Tri-Fold – 12 months; BOOM mini – 12 months; BOOM air – 12 months; EAZZE D1G – 12 months. Please refer to the product page or your invoice for the exact duration.
Tip: Register your projector after delivery via Extend Warranty to receive one extra year of coverage.
If a defect occurs within warranty, we will attempt to repair the unit; if repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement of equal or better condition. Replacement units carry the remaining original term or 3 months, whichever is longer.
Notes: The limited warranty is generally restricted to the country of purchase and excludes misuse and unauthorized sellers. Orders on aurzen.com also include a 30-day “free-reason” return window (separate from the warranty). For any questions, contact support@aurzen.com.
