Contact us to request a price match if you find a better price during the 30-Day Effortless Return & Exchange period. Provide us the active link showing the exact matching low-price item, the screenshot of the product page displaying the lower price, and your order number on aurzen.com.
Step 3: Request Completed
Upon submission of the request, it takes 1-3 working days to verify. Once validated, the price difference will be issued to the payment method you used to purchase on aurzen.com.
What Aurzen.com Won't Match
- Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, storewide or category promotions, offers advertised as % or $ off, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.
- Items out of stock, on backorder, or end-of-line products;
- Corporate (B2B) prices and quotes;
- Overseas models & color variations that are not available locally (e.g., from parallel importers and grey market distributors);
- Commercial quantities and pricing (e.g., a reduced price not available to the public);
- Prices where an item is part of a package or bundle;
- Pricing errors that are lower as a result of an error by the retailer (e.g., technical issues, misquoted prices);
- Cashback, credit card/payment method rebates, and coupon offers (e.g., cashback or reduced price requiring a coupon or electronic code words);
- Stock liquidations (i.e., clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership);
- Affiliate promotions that are promoted on behalf of a retailer;
- Clearance or warehouse outlets;
- Flash sales lasting less than 12 hours and “doorbuster” sales;
- Marketplace sellers and drop shippers;
- Interest-Free and Finance offers where the payment method is part of the condition of a price;
- Offers and promotions where loyalty points may make up a component of the payment;
- Products sold by non-authorized distributors.

2. How does price matching work?
Aurzen's price match program is intended to be used before a sale. Once we have confirmed the eligibility requirements, you can purchase the product at the price you wish to match.
3. When will I receive a refund for the price difference?
Once the price guarantee request has been verified, we will process the refund within 1-3 working days and notify you promptly after the refund has been processed. Note, the actual time to your account depends on your payment method.

Yes. Our Price Match program ensures you purchase at the best price on Aurzen. Aurzen’s Price Guarantee applies for the item purchased from Aurzen.com only.
- Aurzen’s Price Guarantee applies if you find a better price during the 30-Day Effortless Return & Exchange period for the item purchased only on aurzen.com. Any limited quantity, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, clearance, closeout, discontinued, “doorbuster”. Lower prices must be for identical products on Aurzen.com.
- Offer does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers (including Special Financing offers), gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, Aurzen specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, clearance, or Outlet products. Any price from a paid membership club or paid loyalty programs (e.g., prices that require a club or loyalty card that is associated with a membership fee).
- The price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of the match. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item. If Aurzen is not able to verify the lower price, we may decline the request.
- We reserve the right to limit price quantities of price matches per identical item per customer for local and/or online competitor matches.
